Our jewellery is handmade with love, with care given to the little details that make each piece special. We appreciate your patience as your Faith & Finery Co. order is prepared for its journey to you.

Preparing your order

Please allow 1–7 business days for processing after your payment has been confirmed. This may include time to handcraft your piece, prepare your order, and arrange dispatch.

During busier periods, handcrafting and preparation may take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we’ll contact you with an updated dispatch estimate and the available options.

Delivery timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the delivery service.

Please allow approximately 3–14 business days in total for processing and delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates. Unexpected courier disruptions or other delivery delays can occasionally affect arrival dates. If your parcel takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can help.

Shipping fees

Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not limit your statutory cancellation, return, or refund rights, including any entitlement to delivery-cost refunds or return shipping at our expense.

Order updates

We’ll send a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched. Tracking details will be included where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
